Memo me.

  Do not tag your RVM raw log and data partitions with funky partition
types.  I thought I'd be clever and prevent any weiners from messing
with them by tagging them strange.  It prevented me from writing more
than the first kilobyte.  Needless to say, my RVM was totally screwed
by this.
