Or you can wait about 5 minutes and things sort themselves out.

It looks like it is.  All the sleeps on the coda_call channel are in
coda_psdev.c, the most interesting one is on line 564 which seems to
dovetail with the behaviour we see - a control-c wakes up the mount.
