Yes.

After an hour two files had made it through, visible on a client at
work.

I appreciate I am using coda under conditions that it wasn't really
designed for.  It's working great on the local network, it would just be
wonderful if I could get this part of it working.

I'm still testing this, so I'm the only one using it.
I went and created a new volume and managed to get the same errors
straight away.  I was logged in under the admin account at home, and as
another user on a work computer.  

Is this what you mean by reintegration conflicts?  Why did it happen an
hour after I copied a directory in?
