disturbing SrvLog Entries

Hi,

I'd like to get a few ideas about hygiene.
The server is basically running fine,
but I'd like to make sure that it runs smoothly.

E.g. the following entries do disturb me.

Is there any list of best practices what to look out for,
if you're maintaining a (near-) production machine ?
Thinks that are like asking for trouble during the next reboot ?

Yours,
Steffen
