Coda File System

entries pending for integration

I have scratch space called /coda/tmp. I do not know why, perhaps
because of an abrupt shutdown, "ls /coda/tmp" give the result
ls: /coda/software: Connection timed out
The status of the volume is the following
Status of volume 0x7f000001 (2130706433) named "tmp"
  Volume type is ReadWrite
  Connection State is Disconnected
  Write-back is disabled
There are 61 CML entries pending for reintegration

The same volume is usable from other computers. Both the client
and the server have been rebooted cleanly and yet the problem
remains. I am 99 percent sure that I will not be able to find
a way to reintegrate the entries, I just want to tell coda to
forget about the pending entries and connect to the volume.
(I have tried cfs reconnect and cfs writereconnect but the status
of this particular volume does not change.) I have tried various
commands of cfs that I have word "flush" and I have tried the
command as various users who might have been using /coda/tmp,
but with no success. (I was not able to determine from the manual
what flush commands, if any, would be appropriate.)

I would really, really like to have again /coda/tmp on this
particular computer. How can that be done?
Thank you,
Alan Scheinine
