I am trying to install coda on a NexGen P100, 32MB of ram and 256MB of swap

I am building a 30M log part and a 315M data part with a 8GB volume part.

I am using SuSE 6.0, kernel 2.2.7

these are my errors:

First on initializing my rvm data partition
I get the following error:

Going to initialize data file to zero, could take awhile.
done.
?  ERROR: rds_zap_heap RVM_EINTERNAL.
Error in rdsinit. Exiting.

Next when I attempt to start the codasrv.init

the file /vice/srv/SrvLog reports this

08:58:39 New SrvLog started at Fri Sep 10 08:58:39 1999

08:58:39 Resource limit on data size are set to 2147483647

08:58:39 Server etext 0x8113f40, edata 0x815c6b8
08:58:39 RvmType is Rvm
08:58:39 Main process doing a LWP_Init()
08:58:39 Main thread just did a RVM_SET_THREAD_DATA

08:58:39 Setting Rvm Truncate threshhold to 5.

Error rvm_load_segment returns 201
08:58:39 rds_load_heap error RVM_EINTERNAL

/vice/srv/SrvErr reports this:

Assertion failed: err == RVM_SUCCESS, file "srv.cc", line 1744
Sleeping forever. You may use gdb to attach to process 14794.

If I do a ps ax | grep coda, the codasrv is running as well as the updatesrv and updateclnt and auth2 and startsvr and
rpc2portmap

Any Ideas what I need to do to get this to work?
