further to this - it looks like I did commit my change, it is version
1.15 of src/sys/coda/coda.h.  Can you test this and if it works for you
I guess we should request a pull up for 5.1.  I don't blame people for
not realising this fixes getcwd, the commit message was technically
correct but rather obscure in it's implications.

I cannot guarantee anything but this _may_ have an impact on Rune's
problems too as the inode number was getting sign extended in the
directory handling code.
