You can use 'rvmsizeer'.  Generally, LOG and DATA don't need to be so
big for your usage pattern, which is few large files, since they only
store metadata.   But the sizes seem really small to me.

Check your venus cache size.  It should be well bigger than your backup
files.   IF you are talkign 200-400 MB I'd go for 1 GB.
