I did not try, but it might be possible to export with NFS the directory
/coda/realm ?
But what about authentification tokens, as they expire ?

Instead, it could be possible to make a soft link on the workstations :
/home -> /coda/realm/users
or to change the home directory in the NIS map from /home/... to

But we should address another problem : the login process on the
workstation must get a coda token for the user ! Otherwise, he will be
logged in on the workstation, but will have no access to his/her $HOME !

It was just some ideas as I already wondered how to do it. But I never
tried as my Coda server is far away on the internet, it was too slow to
access my home directory.

I hope it will help
