As part of recovering from my rvm/containerfile inconsistency (thanks
to Jan for bailing me out once again!), I updated to recent CVS (lwp,
rpc2, rvm coda) as of 2/24.  My server is running NetBSD 3.99.11 on
i386 under Xen.

venus failed to start, but I expect to have to reinit venus every time
I update software anyway.  But on reiniting I had trouble.  Has anyone
seen anything like this?
