All I can suggest is looking at:

and the debian source package for fuse as an example. I never got as far as 
doing it, and never found any documentation specific to module packaging. If 
you find any or succeed in doing it yourself I would be interested to hear 
about it. I'll try to remember to post details if I ever return to packaging 
modules.
