Zope does this as well for the Zope Book, but as far as I can tell
nobody does anything about maintaining the comments sections.  Most of
them are now long, and basically useless (despite there being almost
no spam, not even ads for companies promoting Zope-related products).
It's a good idea, but somebody needs to commit to maintaining those
sections.  Also, they need to be fairly fine-grained.
