Hmm - IMHO something has gone wrong - your

W/vicepa.0 ... should be
W/.0 ...

Did you do an extra run of createvol_rep or has your root-volume been set 
up by vice-setup ? It seems as if you had done "createvol_rep /vicepa" ...
