Hello,

feel free to test the package, it is pretty much alpha, but seems to work
well where and when I test it.

Fetch http://www.konvalo.org/pub/coda-client-setup

and feed a Bourne sh with its contents:

 sh coda-client-setup

The rest should be self-explanatory, given slight host administration
background. All reports/comments are welcome.

The main difference from .deb and .rpm packages is that it should work
on any installation or distribution. It is probably possible to wrap
a .deb or .rpm or you name it around it, to make it even easier, but I like
that no distribution-related maintenance is needed.

It corresponds to Coda cvs 2004-09-23.

Includes the modular clog, so if you setup a server with the modular clog
additions, you can directly use this client. Of course, with the old servers
as well!

The client is totally self sufficient, no dependencies on the local libraries
or something, just some gnu/posix utilities are used by the installation
script, nothing else.

Enjoy!
