Coda File System

cvsignores

I decided to get rid of the CVS "I don't know what this is" listing
(I've got a cron job that updates my tree, and especially in coda-src
that list means I have to scroll down a lot of lines in the cron mail
to see whether anything actually changed). The attached file contains
a list of .cvsignore files and the relevant contents. Sorry, it's not
a patch; there doesn't seem to be a way to convince CVS to diff
against a file that's not in the repository.

This is just under coda; I haven't done the libraries yet. But those
are relatively few.

Also, I've been precise with the exception that I got lazy with the
generated RPC2 stubs, and just used $(PROGRAM).*.c for each PROGRAM
using stubs instead of properly listing out {server,client,...} (I
think there were others), and I assume that all *.d are generated
Makefile dependencies. Coda might have other conventions that would
make sense to implement as globs, but I chose not to guess.

If somebody wants to use them as is, I suggest adding .cvsignore
itself to each one; otherwise unless and until they get added to the
core, you'll get about two dozen "? .cvsignore" lines from cvs.
