There is now, /pub/coda/doc/coda-manual.tgz, I'm not sure which version
of Coda it matches. It was revised and reformatted to DocBook sgml over
a year ago (summer of 2000?), and several thing have probably been
changed since. But it is definitely better than the 1997 manual.
