On Debian, the venus-setup functionality has been put into debconf. So
you would use 'dpkg-reconfigure coda-client'.

If you really want venus-setup on Debian,

$ cat > venus-setup << EOF
dpkg-reconfigure coda-client
$ chmod 755 venus-setup
