Actually, the most recent version of createvol_rep will do the work for
you if you have different partition names on different servers as long
as you don't have multiple partitions on a server.  For the above case,

   createvol_rep volname E000010B

would create the volname on each server listed on their only partition,
even if their partition names are different.  If one of the servers
has 2 partitions, you will have to supply a partition name.
