After I followed the linux installation guide, I couldn't create root
volume.  The createvol_rep reported "RPC2_NewBinding to server xxx failed
with RPC2_NOBINDING (F)".


Also, I found the following message in /vice/srv/SrvLog:
If desperate,
	"kill -SIGWINCH 575" will increase debugging level
 	"kill -SIGUSR2 575" will set debugging level to zero
 	"kill -9 575" will kill a runaway server
****** FILE SERVER INTERRUPTED BY SIGNAL 11 ******
****** Aborting outstanding transactions, stand by...
Uncommitted transactions: 0
Uncommitted transactions: 0
Becoming a zombie now ........
You may use gdb to attach to 575

However when I changed to coda-debug-server-4.6.5-1, it worked.

I use Linux Redhat 5.1 with kernel upgraded to 2.0.35.
