Hi,

I just upgraded to 4.6.5 and used venus-setup to get /usr/coda
set up properly. "hoard list" couldn't look in /usr/coda/tmp.

Was the permissions on /usr/coda/tmp supposed to be 700 or was
that an oversight? Or was hoard supposed to be suid root.

Note: I was able to add files to my hoard list, I just couldn't list
them. It now works for me by having /usr/coda/tmp set to 755 on
the permissions, but I'm not sure that is correct.
