  at the very top, this whole "make"/"make coda" issue will go away.  Of
course, that might create other issues.  To stupid-proof the whole process,
put this target at the top instead


stupid:
	echo 'please "make coda" or "make all", but give some sort of target'
	echo 'because <insert reason here>'
