RVM:

	- rvm_basher ran overnight and all was well.

	- lwp_basher is VERY slow running 4 threads and the same
	  params as rvm_basher. It only got to test 7 overnight.
	  This may be an indication of performance problems with
 	  LWP ?
RPC2:

	- Simple client/server pairs (unauthenticated/unencrypted)
	  work. Including marshalling bytes, strings, ints and structs.
	- Need to clean things up a wee bit, some hackery was done.

I will try to turn back clean diffs at the end of the week.

Soon, I may have to put this work aside for abit. DCE work is calling for
me, and my collaborator will get lonely if he feels that I am working on
other things. :)
