minor rpm install problems on redhat 4.2

This is to report a minor RPM installation problem. I am running
redhat 4.2 and when I try to install the coda client, I get the
following error:

# rpm -ihv coda-client-4.0.5-1.i386.rpm
coda-client /usr/man/man8/shutdown.8 conflicts with file from SysVinit-2.64-8
/usr/man/man8/fsck.8 conflicts with file from e2fsprogs-1.10-0
error: coda-client-4.0.5-1.i386.rpm cannot be installed
#

It seems clear to me that I can choose to move fsck.8 and shutdown.8
so that the system can be installed. Or I could do --excludedocs to
install everything but not the documents (I'll try that for now...) I
am open to other suggestions.

It seems like it might be better if coda's man pages didn't conflict
with the standard man pages. Maybe on could put it into another man
directory, or one could call it coda-fsck or something. I could
easily see this sort of minor problem causing frustration for some
people...
